Originally part of Missouri Citizenship Centers Project. Most links were selected in Feb., 2000 by Marvalene Pankey at the request of Mo. Sec. of State Bekki Cook and retired Mo. Circuit Judge Laurence Smith. The project was destroyed by the Republicans Blunt crime family, who were already in the process of taking the Mo. Sec. of State's over again (long before selection 2000) plus one Ridenour-Shyster, who was equally determined Mo. politics would not improve.
